Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. 

How Do I Return an Item?

To initiate a return, please email us at omg@maya-store.co.uk, and we will provide the return address. 

Do I Have to Pay for Return Postage?

We cannot cover the shipping cost for returns and do not offer pre-paid return labels.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos and email us at omg@maya-store.co.uk. Once we verify the issue, we will provide a return address label, and you won’t need to pay for return postage.

 

When Will I Get My Refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

*Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

*If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at omg@maya-store.co.uk.

What If My Item Is Damaged or Incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately , take clear photos and contact us at omg@maya-store.co.uk. We will review the issue and arrange a resolution.

 

Are There Any Non-Returnable Items?

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, like pet wearables (e.g., harnesses, collars, clothing) due to potential contact-related contamination.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return your original item following our return policy.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.
