SHIPPING POLICY

At MAYA..., we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience, ensuring your orders arrive safely and on time.

UK DELIVERY

  • Standard Shipping: £3.45 (free over £50)
  • Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days
  • Some pet products may take 6–10 business days and will be shipped separately.

EU DELIVERY

  • Minimum Order Value: Orders must meet a minimum of £25 (approx. €29) to be eligible for delivery to EU countries.
  • Standard Shipping: £5.99 (free over £80)
  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days
  • Import duties and VAT are included in the price at checkout — no additional fees upon delivery.
  • Returns: If you wish to return an item, please note that import handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We are unable to ship to Malta and Luxembourg.

Order Tracking:
