UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri for swift and secure deliveries. 

 

Delivery Times: 

  • Estimated dispatch: 1-3 business days 

  • Estimated Shipping: 3-5 business days  

  • Please note that some pet products may be packaged and shipped separately from other products in your order.

Fulfilment times shown are estimates, we cannot always guarantee delivery times.

 

Shipping Costs: 

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout

*Please note, heavier parcels/larger items may incur extra charges at checkout.

 

Dispatchment Times: 

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, orders placed before 1 pm on a working day may be dispatched the same day.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer to ship outside of the UK, we apologise for any inconvenience and are working hard to one day provide this.

 

Order Tracking: 

You will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order and notifying you of your order number.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact our customer service team for further assistance by emailing: omg@maya-store.co.uk

Within your confirmation email you will receive a tracking link so you can see where your package is throughout its journey.

Delays and Exceptions: 

During busy periods (e.g., holidays, sale seasons) or unforeseen courier disruptions, deliveries may take longer than the estimated time frame.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to assist.
