• Usage Instructions

1. If your cat/dog is active or unaccustomed to wearing the product and resists, it’s recommended to tie an extra knot at the buckle position to make it more secure!
2. Due to differences in fur length, body shape, and physique among cats/dogs, we suggest using weight as a reference. However, it’s advised to choose one size larger.
   

• Washing Instructions
  Gently hand wash. Do not machine wash, bleach, wring, tumble dry, or dry clean. For stains, use a soft brush or cloth to clean and air dry in a well-ventilated area.

• Shipping
  Orders will arrive within 6–10 business days.
  
• Returns
  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.

Items are shipped directly from our brand partner, so your order may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
