• Usage Recommendations

1. If your dog resists wearing the collar at first, try removing it after a few minutes. Gradually increase the wearing time. Once your dog is comfortable with the collar indoors, you can take them for a walk.
2. If your dog tries to paw or bite at the collar, stop the behaviuor promptly and reward them after they’ve calmed down.

• Storage Recommendations
  This product is made from soft, comfortable woven fabric. During use, avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent damage. When not in use, it’s recommended to store the product properly and keep it out of reach of pets to prevent chewing and potential damage.

• Washing Instructions:

1. This product contains PVC buckles and other hard components, so machine washing is not recommended to avoid damaging other items. For stains, gently wipe with a damp cloth and let it air dry in a cool, well-ventilated area.
2. Wash dark and light-coloured items separately. Some colour bleeding may occur during the first few washes of dark-coloured items, which is normal. Soak the item in cold water with added salt for about 30 minutes to help reduce colour fading. This should improve after 2–3 washes.

  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.
