Storage

• The product is packaged and transported in a sealed environment, so a light scent may be present when first opened — this is normal. Simply place the bed in a ventilated area for a few days and the odor will fade.
• Due to shipping compression, the bed may arrive with slight creases or misshapen corners. Gently reshape by hand and allow it to rest; it will return to form.

Cleaning

• Do not machine wash the entire bed. Use a lint roller or soft brush to remove loose fur.
• For surface stains, wipe gently with a damp cloth, cotton cloth, or soft brush. Air dry in a cool, ventilated place.
• Wash dark and light-colored fabrics separately. Slight colour bleeding during the first washes is normal. If needed, soak in cold water with a small amount of salt for about 30 minutes; after 2–3 washes, the issue will improve.

  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.
