Cleaning

• Remove the bottom support board before washing the fabric shell.
• Do not soak the bottom board; wipe it with a damp cloth and air dry.
• Wash dark and light colours separately.
• For deep colours, slight dye-bleeding during early washes is normal—soak in cold salt water for 30 minutes to reduce this.
• Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or iron.
• For stains, use a soft brush or cloth with mild detergent, then air dry fully.

Storage & Usage

• Avoid long exposure to sunlight or humidity.
• Keep away from sharp objects that could damage nylon or mesh.
• Mesh is soft—trim your pet’s nails regularly to prevent tearing.
• Light packaging odour may occur; simply air out for 1–2 days.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.
