• Note on Odour

• Storage Recommendations

1. Keep the bag away from sharp items to prevent damage. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or hot air for long periods. Avoid contact with oils, corrosive substances, and extreme heat.
2. The breathable mesh is made from soft materials. Sharp claws may cause tears, so it’s recommended to trim your cat’s nails regularly to avoid damage.

• Washing Instructions
  Gently hand wash only. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, wring, or tumble dry. For stains, use a soft brush or cloth to clean. Air dry in a well-ventilated area.

  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.
