• Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or iron.
• For stains, use a soft brush or cloth with mild detergent, then air dry fully.

Storage & Usage

• Avoid long exposure to sunlight or humidity.
• Keep away from sharp objects that could damage nylon or mesh.
• Mesh is soft—trim your pet’s nails regularly to prevent tearing.
• Light packaging odour may occur; simply air out for 1–2 days.

  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back.
