General Notice

The carrier is sealed during packaging and transport, so a light scent may appear when first opened. This is normal. Simply air it out for a few days and the smell will naturally fade.

Storage

• Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratches.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat.
• Store in a cool, ventilated place and keep away from oils, corrosive substances, or damp environments.

Washing & Cleaning

• Remove the inner base board before washing.
• The composite fiber board cannot be soaked in water. Clean it separately by wiping with a damp cloth.
• Wash dark and light colours separately.
• Mild colour bleeding on dark fabrics during the first few washes is normal. Soaking in cold water with a pinch of salt for about 30 minutes may help reduce transfer; it typically improves after 2–3 washes.
• Hand-wash only. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, wring, or dry-clean. For stains, gently clean with a soft brush or cloth.
• Air dry in the shade. Ensure the carrier is completely dry before reassembling or storing to maintain shape and prevent odours.

  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.
