Storage Tips:

• Avoid contact with sharp objects, direct sunlight, or high heat. Keep away from oils and corrosive substances.
• The breathable mesh is made of soft nylon—trim your pet’s nails regularly to prevent scratches or damage.
  

Cleaning Tips:

1. Remove the bottom support board before washing. Do not soak the fiberboard in water.
2. Wash dark and light fabrics separately. Dark fabrics may release floating color during the first washes—soak in cold salted water for 30 minutes to reduce fading.
3. Hand wash only. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Use a soft brush for stains and air dry in a ventilated place.

  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.

Items are shipped directly from our brand partner, so your order may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
