• Note on Odour
  Due to sealed packaging and long periods of transport, a slight odour may occur from lack of air circulation. This is normal. If desired, place the bag in a well-ventilated area for a few days, and the odour will dissipate.

• Storage Recommendations

1. When not in use, roll up the sunshade for better ventilation. In case of stress or cold weather, it’s recommended to keep the sunshade down for added comfort.
2. Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent damage. Do not expose the bag to direct sunlight or high heat for extended periods. Keep away from oils, corrosive substances, and damp environments.
3. The mesh panels are made from soft PVC material. Sharp claws may cause tearing, so regularly trim your pet’s nails to prevent damage to the mesh.

• Washing Instructions

1. Open the bottom zipper and remove the baseboard. Wash the outer cover separately. Do not soak the baseboard.
2. Wash dark and light-coloured items separately. Some colour bleeding may occur in dark fabrics during the first few washes—this is normal. Soak in cold water with a little salt for about 30 minutes to help reduce fading. This should improve after 2–3 washes.
3. Hand wash gently. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, tumble dry, or dry clean. For stains, use a soft brush or cloth to clean. Air dry in a well-ventilated area.

  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. No reason needed—just make sure the item is in its original condition.
